Brick Locations

Use the map and directions below to help locate your brick.

Bricks are installed on campus between the President’s House and the School of Social Work on the Sixth Street side. Due to the exponential growth of the brick campaign, more site locations are being considered for installation.

HOW TO USE MAP (Online)
  • You should have received information indicating which section your brick is in, and what your column and row numbers are.
  • Using the first map, find whether your section is in the Inner Circle or Pathfinder area.
  • Once you have located your section on the first map, use the magnified second map to find the column number for your brick. There are 13 columns, identified as A through M.
  • After you have located your column, count downward to find the row number for your brick.
HOW TO LOCATE YOUR BRICK (In-Person)
  • Enter the Howard Hall courtyard on Sixth Street, between the Lindsay School of Social Work building and the Johnson Administration Building.
  • Each section in the courtyard is identified with a Roman numeral. On the ground, there is a block with that Roman numeral at left end of the first row in each section.
  • There are 20 sections, numbered I through XX, in the Inner Circle area in front of Howard Hall. There are 13 sections, numbered XXI through XXXIII, in the Pathfinder area south of the Johnson Administration Building.
  • Once you have located your section, count to the right to find the column number for your brick. There are 13 columns, identified as A through M.
  • Once you have located your column, count downward to find the row number for your brick. There are 28 rows in each section in the Inner Circle area; there are 27 rows in each section in the Pathfinder area.
